3. Resell or redistribute the Service to third parties
4. Use the Service for competitive analysis or building competing products
5. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
6. Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Collect or harvest personal data without consent

Your Content

You retain ownership of data you upload or create ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a license to process Your Data to provide the Service, including using it to improve our AI models (unless you opt out).

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

We Do Not Warrant

• That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• That search results are accurate or complete
• That agent outputs will meet your requirements
• That the Service will be compatible with all applications

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stumpmic shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid in the past 12 months

Essential Services

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for essential services. In such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our website and subject to change with 30 days notice.

Billing

• Charges are billed automatically to your payment method
• You authorize us to charge your provided payment method
• Billing occurs on the same day each month/year
• You are responsible for keeping payment information current

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: 14-day money-back guarantee. Annual subscriptions: 30-day money-back guarantee. After these periods, no refunds are issued.

Taxes

Prices do not include applicable taxes. We will calculate and add any required taxes to your invoice.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, we will attempt to retry. If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended or terminated.

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Fail to pay fees after 30 days notice
• Engage in harmful or illegal activities
• Violate third-party rights or regulations

Effect of Termination

Upon termination: Your access is revoked, Your Data may be deleted after 90 days, and outstanding charges remain due.

Data Retention

You may export Your Data within 30 days of cancellation. After 90 days, we delete all data associated with your account.

Downtime Exclusions

The uptime commitment excludes downtime due to: scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party service failures, or issues caused by your systems.
